Pre-installation and Project Handover Support

+ Product installation and testing done under direct supervision from an Isenberg Technician.

+ On possession of a new home where our products are installed, Isenberg’s technical team will hold a presentation onsite to get home owners acquainted with product features, service and care instructions.

+ Personal introductions with Isenberg Technical Executives who will provide service to home-owners throughout the warranty tenure.

PROCare

Proactive and preventive technical service

+ Isenberg’s ProCare, available only to select marquee customers, will allocate a dedicated technician to report to the site once every working day throughout the warranty period.

+ ProCare Technicians will provide preventive maintenance and care instructions to home-owners at the client site irrespective of any service request.

+ ProCare promotes better product care through in-house and personalized training on basic care features like rub-it, aerator cleaning, washer replacing, chrome safety from salty water etc.

+ Ensures optimal usage of water at all outlets.

+ Facilitates ‘fix before failure’.

Dedicated spares kit

+ Isenberg will provide a dedicated spares kit at the client site.

The kit will include the following:

  • Spare Cartridges
  • Aerators
  • Rubber Rings / washers
  • Hoses
  • Flanges
  • Operating Levers
  • Diverter Buttons

+ The contents of the spares kit will be replenished every quarter to ensure there is ready onsite availability of service spares at all times. This will ensure no delays and hassle free service throughout the tenure of the product’s life.
